(a) Winner
of any medal in senior National championship/National games duly recognised
by the Sports Authority of India and Ministry of sports.
(b)
Winner of gold medal at Junior National Championship.
(c) In
case of team events, the individual should have been a member of the National
team or playing member of the finalist team in the senior National games. The
competent authorities to issue certificates considering validity for achivements
of sportsmen will be president of secretary of the concerned national sports
federation affilliated to Indian Olympic Association.

(1) Should
have represented the Services team at
least
twice in three years in National championship events.
(2)
Should have represented the Services team in
National championship
at least twice in three years in individual events or should have won any
medal at least once in National championship in three years.

(a) Represented a
state or Country in National or International Competitions either at Senior
or Junior level.
(b)Represented their University in the Inter University Tournaments conducted by the
Inter university Sports board.
(c) Represented the
State School Teams in the National Sports or Games for Schools conducted by
the All India School Games Federation.
(d) Represented the
district team in the State sports conducted by the States Sports
Federation. The competent authorities to issue certificates considering
validity for achivements of
sportsmen will be president of secretary of the concerned national
sports federation affiliated to Indian Olympic Association.

will be liable to discharge from Military Service if they fail to achieve the
requisite standards.

The
validity period of sports certificate produced by the candidate will be two
years on the date of screening for both individual/team sports i,e. the individual
should have taken part in these sports events within two years prior to date
of screening.
