Dr Y S Parmar University of Horticulture & Forestry (Dr YSP University) has announced notification for the recruitment of Junior Project Fellow, Junior Research Fellow, Research Fellow & Field Assistant vacancies for various projects on temporary basis. Eligible candidates may apply in the prescribed application format on or before 18-06-2016. 1. Junior Project Fellow: 01 Post
2. Junior Research Fellow: 02 Posts
3. Research Fellow: 01 Post
4. Field Assistant: 03 Posts
Age Limit: Candidates age should be 35 years for men and 40 years for women for Posts 1-3, should be between 18 to 35 years for Post 4.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess M.Sc (Horticulture) in Fruit Science or Food Science or Vegetable Science or Biotechnology & M.Sc (Forestry) in Agroforestry or Microbiology for Post 1, M.Sc in Microbiology or Botany or Medicinal & Aromatic Plants with NET/ GATE for Post 2, M.Sc Forestry or Botany with specialization in plant taxonomy/ conservation for Post 3, Matriculation with one year vocational training course of Horticultural Management practices.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on interview.
Application Fee: Candidates should pay Rs. 250/- for General (Rs. 63/- for reserved category) for Posts 1-3, Rs. 150/- for General (Rs. 40/- for reserved category) for Post 4 in the form of IPO/ Bank Draft drawn on State Bank of Patiala/ UCO Bank, Nauni, Solan – 173230 in the favour of the Comptroller, UHF/ Nauni – Solan payable at Nauni/ Solan.
How to Apply: Eligible candidates may send their application in prescribed application format along with relevant documents as given in the notification, IPO/ Bank Draft to the concerned address as given in the notification on or before 18-06-2016 & attend for interview with originals in the Office Chamber of the Director of Research, UHF/ Nauni-Solan on 22-06-2016 at 11.00 AM for Posts 1 to 3, 23-06-2016 at 11:00 AM for Post 4.
